Excel is pinned to my taskbar; I have two workbooks that I've been using a lot lately, so naturally I pinned them to the right-click menu. The problem is, at least once a day that menu resets itself, so both of the pinned workbooks are unpinned and there are no files under the "Recent" heading. How can I stop this from happening again?

Until now I have been recording into the Zoom R8 with emulated outputs. Example: recording a distorted guitar into the zoom out of the Blackstar Amplifiers' emulated out, which I have hear from various sources that regarding emulated outputs its one of the best on the market or whatever. I have been modding a character mesh from a game (Mass Effect 3) and have it about 99% finished. I've given the character a new face and weighted it so it works in game as expected EXCEPT the eyes. The eyes look fine in 3ds Max but as soon as I apply an animation to it in 3ds OR import it into the game and have the game animate it, the eyes shift upwards and bulge outwards a bit.
